Use the Security feature to assign application groups to user groups at the sequence, module, and/or at the application level. Only the members of that user group to which the application groups are assigned will be able to view or edit the composites of those application groups.
Perform the steps below to assign application groups to user groups:

In the administrator console, under Application Groups, click Security to open the Security window.

In the User Groups list, select the user group to which you want to assign the application groups.

On the Application Groups tab of Permissions, expand the list to view the applications and submissions within the application group.
Applications in a grouped submission can be identified by the text Grouped. Grouped submission applications that contain files appear first, followed by the applications that do not contain files. The ungrouped applications will appear below the grouped submission applications.

Select the applications and submissions to assign permission to access them for the specified User Group.
