Purge Comments

Any public, private, or personal comment(s) can be purged at the application, submission, module, element, or document level, and from several different locations in the Ennov InSight Viewing interface.

Only an Administrator can purge comments. Purged comments are removed from the database and cannot be retrieved. There will be an audit trail record of purged comments.

Comment creation and modification activities are tracked, and comment purging is logged in the audit trail.
