Enabling and Disabling User Privileges

Enabling or disabling user security privileges determines user access to the Calyx RIM system. User privileges can be enabled or disabled as follows:


User Privilege Detail	Description
Enabled	The user is able to log on to Calyx RIM.
Disabled / as of	The user cannot log on to Calyx RIM as of the date specified. Users cannot be deleted from the system after they have been assigned privileges or logged on. However, their account can be disabled. A user with an account set to be disabled as of a future date can log on until that date.
