Associate Users or Groups to a Role

Associating users or groups with a role provides those users or groups with the privileges assigned to the role in the system.

To associate users or groups to a role:
  1. Choose Go To > Security Administration.
    The Security Administration page opens listing all the users and groups.
  2. On the Security Administration page, choose the role from the list.
    The Privilege Detail for role page opens.
  3. To associate users or groups to the role, select users or groups in the Available box and move them to the Selected box.
  4. Click Save.
