Calyx RIM can calculate the projected dates for the statuses in the event-country status schedule based on the lead times and the projected date defined for the status that you designate as the pivot status.
The projected date for the pivot status is the date used to calculate the projected dates of the other statuses in the event-country status schedule.
Note: If the event was created from a timeline/event plan, you cannot calculate projected dates based on a status that was defined as an optional status in the timeline/event plan.
You can calculate projected dates individually by country as described in the instructions below, or set them for one or more countries using the
Update Event Country Status Projected Dates wizard.
To calculate projected dates:

View the
Event Attributes page for the event you want to modify.

On the
Countries tab, click the link for country that you want to modify.

On the
Status Dates tab, select the status you want to use as the pivot status.
The status must have a projected date.

Click
Calculate Projected Dates.
The
Calculate Projected Dates page opens.

For Pivot Operation, select one of the following:
- Select Backward to calculate the projected dates based on the lead times for the statuses before the selected pivot status in the event-country status schedule.
- Select Forward to calculate the projected dates based on the lead times for the statuses after the selected pivot status in the event-country status schedule.
- Select
Both to calculate the projected dates based on the lead times for the statuses before and after the selected pivot status in the event-country status schedule.

Save.

Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:
