Create a Sequence from the Event Attributes Page

You can create sequences from the Event Attributes page. You can also create sequences from the Application Attributes page, the Project Attributes page, or the GPP wizard.

Note: You must have the appropriate security privileges to create a sequence.
To create a sequence from an event, the event from which you create a sequence must be open.
  1. Navigate to an open Event.
  2. On the Event Attributes page, click Sequences.
  3. Click Create.
  4. On the Create Sequence page, enter values for the sequence attributes.
    Please note that the withdrawn application countries with the Withdraw Date value equal to today’s date or earlier are not available for selection in the Concerned Member States multi-select field. This is applicable only to applications of Mutual Recognition (MRP) or Decentralised Procedure (DCP) types.
  5. Save. 
  6. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:
    Scenario Steps
    When electronic signature is enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
