View a Product Associated with an Event
The Products tab on the Event Attributes page lists the products associated with the event you are viewing. The information presented differs for Package Set Registrations and Product Registrations.
For Package Set Registrations, the Product Name and Product Code are displayed.
For Product Registrations, the Event-Product Status, Event-Product Status Date, and License Code are displayed.
Calyx RIM initially sets the event-product status date to event-country status date. The event-product status is initially set to the default product status value defined by your data administrator.
Rules Governing Event-Product Statuses
When an event is approved/not approved/withdrawn:
- If the event-product status was not set to a status that maps to Approved, Not Approved, or Withdrawn, Calyx RIM sets the event-product status to the status that maps to Approved/Not Approved or Withdrawn.
- The event-product status date is the same status date as the event.
When a product is associated with a registration:
- The event-product status is set to Approved.
- The event-product status date is set to the registration's status date.
- The license code value is updated with the code assigned by the regulatory agency.
Product Tab Action Buttons
From the Products tab on the Event Attributes page, use the action buttons to do the following:
- Click Associate to associate or disassociate a product to or from the event.
- Click Edit to modify the status and status date of a product associated with the event.
