View a Product

You can view a product to see its attributes, and take action on the product. You can modify, copy, and delete a product, and copy the URL to the Clipboard. You can also view attributes for the entities associated with the product.
To view a product:
  1. Click a link for the product you want to view.
  2. On the Product Attributes page, do any of the following: 
    • To modify the product attributes, click Edit.
    • To delete the product, click Delete. You can delete a product only if it has no associated product detail sets, applications, tasks, references, or notifications.
    • To copy the product, click Copy. 
    • To copy the product URL to the Clipboard, click Copy URL. A message confirms the URL has been copied.
    • To create an Entity History query so you can review the product history, click Report.
    • To view an application, product detail set (PDS), PDS template, registration, task, reference, or notification associated with the product, click the appropriate tab and then click the entity you want to view.
