Copy a Registration Attachment

Use this procedure to copy a registration attachment. Depending on your selections, you have the ability to immediately create a Registration FPP Attachment using the Copy Registration Attachment wizard.

1. On the navigation pane, select Registration Attachments.
2. Select a Registration Attachment that you want to copy and click its name.
3. On the Registration Attachment Attributes page, click Copy.
4. On the Copy Registration Attachment Attributes page, enter, modify, or select the attributes for the registration attachment copy.
   If you set the Use Rendition field to Yes, the message appears stating that you are about to use the rendition file and you need to check if the extension type in the File Name and File Type fields is entered correctly. Click OK to continue.
5. Click Next.
6. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

   Scenario	Steps
   When electronic signature is enabled	Select a reason and enter comments for the reason. Select Save. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.

7. On the Select Full Product Presentation(s) page, select a full product presentation to which you want to associate a registration FPP attachment.
   You can select none, one, or multiple Full Product Presentations.

   Note: The entities available for selection are limited by the full product presentations that the source registration attachment is assigned to.
8. Click Next.
9. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

   Scenario	Steps
   When electronic signature is enabled	Select a reason and enter comments for the reason. Select Save. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
