New in Calyx RIM on Microsoft 365

Calyx RIM 7.0 introduces the Outlook add-in, a separately licensed, subscription-based add-in that integrates with Microsoft Outlook. This integration enables workflows to help you create submission and reference records in Calyx RIM directly from Microsoft 365 Outlook.

  • Create Submission and Reference
Enables automation of common business processes from Outlook to Calyx RIM, such as creating a sequence and reference for an application.
Calyx RIM API integration Calyx RIM Outlook add-in is integrated with, and consumes information about overrides via, the API. For more information, contact your Business Development Representative to consult with our Client Enablement team. Calyx RIM entity meta data is available via Outlook.
Overrides Calyx RIM Outlook add-in integrates with the API to support overrides applied to Calyx RIM. Dynamically rendered forms can contain fields specified in the Create Submission Workflow/Create Submission and Reference sections, along with the overridden required fields.

Supports configuration of overrides to include extra fields, data types, required/not-required information, possible values, and any other applicable data customization. The dynamic user interface makes it possible to display specific UI elements for each customer based on the configured overrides.
