If you have issues when working in the system that you cannot resolve with the Help documentation, you can access the Service Portal to view knowledge articles or log a support ticket.
To access the Service Portal:

Navigate to
mytrials.com.
The
Perceptive MyTrials login page appears.

Enter your Perceptive MyTrials user name and password, and click
Log On.
If you do not have a Perceptive MyTrials account, click
Join Perceptive MyTrials and register. Perceptive MyTrials confirms your account with an email.
The home page appears.

Do one of the following:
- Click
Customer Care at the bottom of the page.
- In the
My Weblinks portlet, click
Customer Service Portal.
The home page for the
Service Portal appears. You can browse and search for the information you need.
