Sunset Clause

Ennov InSight enables you to track and query on the information that the Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) must provide to the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) regarding the current marketing status of all the various presentations or pack sizes registered with each member state.

The Sunset Clause marketing status dates are tracked in Ennov InSight on a per country basis for every package set associated with a registration. This means if the registration is a CP procedure type, the marketing dates are tracked for each country associated with the application with regards to each package set associated with the registration.
