PDS Tree Right-Click Menu Options

Maintaining the details tracked in a PDS is accomplished by right-clicking the nodes in a PDS navigation tree to reveal the popup menu. The options that are available in the popup menu vary depending upon what Ennov InSight allows for the PDS detail. This is usually regulated by the status of the event from which you are viewing the PDS or the status of the PDS detail itself. For more information, see the topic PDS detail statuses. This table below describes the options that may appear in the right-click menu for a PDS tree node.


Popup Menu Option	Icon	Description
Refresh Tree		Updates the PDS navigation tree to show any changes that you have made.
Expand Range		Display the child nodes that are nested under the parent node on which you use this menu option. This is available for each node within the PDS navigation tree except for the root node.
Add <PDSdetail>		On nodes where you can track PDS-related details, the Add <PDSdetail> option is available, where <PDS detail> specifies the type of PDS detail you can associate.
Modify		Modify existing PDS detail, including the Product Detail's Status. This option is available only for users with WRITE privileges for PDS entity security.
Delete		Delete pending PDS detail (Pending Add, Pending Modify, and Pending Withdrawal). This option is available only for users with ADMIN privileges for PDS entity security.
Withdraw		Withdraw a previously approved PDS detail
Reorder		Specify the order in which child nodes appear under a parent node.
Copy		This option is available for every occurrence of the following detail nodes in the PDS tree: Manufacturing Processes Processing Step Package Set Under these parent nodes, this option enables you to copy a child node and all associated details. This option is available only for users with WRITE privileges for PDS entity security.
