Associate Workflows to Events or Sequences

You can associate workflows from a project to all related events or sequences from the Project Attributes page.

You must have WRITE privileges on Activities within the entity security to associate workflows to events or sequences. In addition you must have WRITE privileges for the Product Family, and the associated Application Country to be able to select specific Events or Sequences.
To associate workflows to events or sequences:
  1. On the Homepage, click Projects.
    The Project Attributes page appears.
  2. Click a link for the project for which you want to associate workflows to events or sequences.
  3. Click Associate Workflow to Events or Sequences.
  4. Do one of the following:
    Option Action
    To associate workflows to events: Select Associate Workflow to Events.
    To associate workflows to sequences: Select Associate Workflow to Sequences.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the Events or Sequences and click Next.
  7. Select the workflows from the list to associate and click Next.
  8. On the Confirmation page, click Next.
  9. On the Summary page, click Finish.
