Associate Clinical Trial Shared Data for Modified Events

Associate CT Shared Data with a modified event to consolidate common details for Clinical Trial Authorization applications.

To associate Clinical Trial Shared Data when you modify an event:
  1. Navigate to the event associated with a CTA, CTR or IND application.
  2. Click the CT Shared Data tab.
  3. Click Associate/Disassociate CT Shared Data.
  4. On the Associate/Disassociate CT Shared Data to/from Event page, the Available box, select one or more protocol numbers.
  5. Click the button with the two right angle brackets.
    The Selected box now contains the protocol numbers.
  6. Save.
  7. To enter an electronic signature, select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
