Registered Document Analysis Queries
The query links related to assemblies/templates, applications, events, sequences, and registered documents are defined on the Registered Document Analysis tab.
For easy reference, the query descriptions are arranged alphabetically by query name.
Assemblies Where Document Used
The Assemblies Where Document Used query enables you to view all assemblies in which a document or document version you specify is used. For lifecycle applications, it identifies whether a document is still the current, externally dispatched document. For example, you can query a sequence assembly to determine whether a document is used, and if the document is current or not current for a specified authority.
- Document/Browse - enables you to choose a specific document and document version. Document version is applicable only in a DMS.
- Show assembly types - shows the template, standalone, working, or sequence assemblies in which a specified document is used. You can search for the document in one or more of these assembly types. If you select sequence assemblies for your search, the query returns the sequence assembly from each application in which the specified document most recently had an operation performed on it. If you select working assemblies, the query returns all working assemblies in which the specified document was newly assigned or had an operation performed on it. Selecting standalone or template assembly types returns all the assemblies of these types in which the specified document is used.
- Show for all document versions - includes all versions of the specified document in the query results. By not choosing this option, your query results include only the selected document version.
- Show for all assembly versions - shows both current and non-current assemblies in which the document is used. By not choosing this option, your query results include only the current assembly version.
You can select which columns to display and establish a sort order for the returned results.

List of Sequences with Application and Event Properties

Returns all sequence attributes and some application and event attributes.
Registered Document
When you choose a value in the Status drop-down box, and you do not choose Approved View or Submitted View, no results are reported when you click Search. Please note that the Registered Documents query only shows certain columns in the query results. Also, using the Back button to return to the query filter after viewing the results screen removes the last entry for the Approved View filter.
