Create Product Registrations for Events Associated with a Product Registration Project

To create product registrations for events associated with a product registration project:
  1. On the Home > Projects tab, click the link for a project that maps to the internal project type of Create New Events Product Registration Project.
    The Project Attributes page appears.
  2. Click the Products tab, and then click Create Product Registration.
    The Create Product Registrations wizard opens and the Select Events page is displayed.
    Note: Only one Event per Application can be selected when creating a Product Registration.
  3. Using the check box column to the left, check the events with which you want to associate the registrations you create.
  4. Click Next.
    The Enter Registrations Detail page appears.
  5. Enter values for the registration attributes.
    Set the topic Rules Governing a Registration Country below for additional information.
  6. Click Next.
    The Select Products page appears.
  7. Under the Selected box:
    • To associate products with the registrations, click Select, select the products, and Save. The products that can be selected include all products associated with the events selected in step 3 that do not have a Not Approved or Withdrawn event-product status for any of the selected events, and are not already associated to a registration for any of the selected events.
    • To disassociate products from the registrations, select products in the Selected box. To select more than one product, hold down the CTRL key and click each product. Then click Deselect.
  8. Click Next.
    A confirmation page is displayed indicating that the wizard will create registrations and associate the events and products you selected.
  9. Click Next.
    The Summary page is displayed confirming that the GPP wizard is complete.
  10. Click Finish.
    Upon completion, you are returned to the Project Attributes page of the project you selected in step 1. On the Events tab, you can navigate to the Application Attributes page for an application to view newly created registrations. On the Products tab, for any products you associated with the registration, the event-product status is set to Approved, the event-product status date is set to the license status date, and the registration license code is shown.
