Delete a Substance

Delete a substance to disassociate it from an entity.

You must have at least Write privileges for Product Detail Management (PDM), Registration Planning and Tracking (RPT) licenses, and Product Entity Security to delete a Substance.
To delete a substance:
  1. On the Substance tab, click the link to the substance you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. On the confirmation message, click OK.
  4. On the message confirming that the data has been deleted, click OK.
