QC Status for a PDS Detail
You can use the QC Status feature to track whether the PDS detail has had, or requires, a QC (quality control) evaluation.
When a detail has been QC evaluated, the system enables you to update the QC Status for the detail to QC Passed or QC Failed. QC Failed can indicate that some action needs to be taken before the detail is approved.
The system tracks the person who was logged into and updated the QC Status and tracks the date and time the QC Status is updated.
You can also view the history of QC status changes for an application using the Application QC Status History query. This query is useful, for example, to identify PDS details that failed a QC check.
