Remove an Event from the Approved Status View

You can remove an event from the approved status view for several reasons:

  • It was added in anticipation of approval that was not received.
  • An RTF (refusal to file) was received.
  • It was added accidentally.
To remove an event from the approved status view:
  1. Click a link for the event you want to remove from the approved status view.
    The Event Attributes page opens.
  2. Click Remove Approved.
  3. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

    When electronic signature is enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
