Modify a Registration

You can modify a registration, including the approval date, countries associated with the registration, the license code, and the MAH/sponsor.

To modify a registration:
  1. Click a link for the registration you want to modify.
  2. On the Registration Attributes page, click Edit.
    The Modify Registration page appears. The attributes on this page depend on whether the registration is for a package set or a product.
  3. Enter your changes to the registration attributes.
  4. Save.
  5. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

    When electronic signature is enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
