Security Privileges for Roles

Security privileges can be assigned to a role.

However, the security settings defined for a role are not applicable to the overridden users or groups assigned to the role. They apply to the users assigned to the role but have no defined security privileges.

Note: You may want to assign security privileges to a role when you want several users who are not part of an IdP group to have the same set of security privileges and field-level security in Ennov InSight .
