Associate a Dosage Form to an Entity

Ennov InSight Dose Form Search selection widget enables you to associate a dosage form to an entity.

1. Open the attributes page of an entity to which you want to associate a dosage form.
2. Look for the entity dosage field and click Select.
   This field is labeled differently for entities:

   Entity Name	Field Name	Description
   Product	Product Dosage Form	A single dose form can be added.
   Component	Component Form	A single dose form can be added.
   Pharmaceutical Product	Administrable Dose Form	A single dose form can be added.
   Manufactured Item	Manufactured Dose Form	A single dose form can be added.
   Full Product Presentation	Authorised Pharmaceutical Form	Multiple dose forms can be added.
   Medicinal Product	Authorised Pharmaceutical Form	Multiple dose forms can be added.

   The Dose Form Search window appears.
3. Use the search options in the Search By section.
   The search results are displayed.
4. Select a dose form and click Associate Dose Form.
   The associated dose form appears for the dosage field.
5. Click Save on the entity attributes page.
