MPID Attributes

Medicinal Product Identifier (MPID) is required for describing the data elements and their structural relationships necessary for the unique identification of regulated medicinal products.

The MPIDs tab appears under Medicinal Product Atrributes. You can create, modify or delete the MPIDs values.

Use the MPID attributes in the following table.

Attribute Description
Application Code The code for the application with which the medicinal product is associated.
Application Name The name of the application with which the medicinal product is associated.
Country This field with the values below is available if the application procedure type is CP.

  • Iceland
  • Liechtenstein
  • Norway
Medicinal Product Name The name of the medicinal product.
MPID MPID defines and describes data elements and their structural relationships.
Version Indicates the version of the MPID. This value is set up in the database.
Version Date Indicates the date the MPID is versioned. This value is set up in the database.
