Remove Application Countries
You need to remove a country from an application when approval is not required for the associated products in that country.
You can remove an application country under the following conditions:
- For an MRP application, the country is not the RMS
- For a CP application, the country is not the rapporteur or co-rapporteur
- For a CP application, the application country is not the EU country
- The country is not associated with any of the application's sequences
- The country has not been used for the following details in any PDS associated with the application:
- Label Detail
- Country Detail
- Manufacturer Detail
- Indication/Intended Use Detail (for Non-Veterinary Product Detail Sets) Detail
- Species Indication Detail (for Veterinary Product Detail Sets) Detail
- The country is not associated with any registration associated with the application
- The application country is not associated with any event associated with the application
Note: You cannot remove a country for National Applications, because only one country is assigned.
You can remove a country from a CP, DCP, or MRP type application only if:
- you have the appropriate security privileges
- no sequences, PDS or registrations are associated with the country
