Delete a Registration

You must have the appropriate security privileges to delete a registration. In addition, no tasks, references, or notifications can be associated with the registration.

After deleting a registration, be aware of the following:
When deleting a product type registration, the event and products associated with the registration are automatically disassociated from the registration. Please note that the event and products are not deleted from Ennov InSight .
  • Deleting a registration does not automatically update the Event-Product Status or Event-Product Status Date on the Products tab of the View Event page for the disassociated products.
  • The License Code value is removed from the Products tab of the View Event page for the disassociated products.

When deleting a package set type registration, the package sets associated with the registration are automatically disassociated from the registration. Please note that the package sets are not deleted from Ennov InSight .

To delete a registration:
  1. Navigate to the registration that you want to delete.
  2. Click a link for the registration you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

    When electronic signature is enabled
    1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
    2. Select Save.
    3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
