Resolved Issues: Calyx RIM 7.2.6

The following issues that were reported to Technical Support have been resolved. Issues are listed in descending order by their tracking numbers. Customer incident numbers that were recorded when the issues were reported are included in brackets [#####] following the tracking number.

If an issue was resolved in a previously released certified hotfix (CHF), that CHF build number is included.

N/A Trying to view list of products in Application window launched under Product Family took longer than expected. This issue is resolved.

[TASK0048010]

N/A The cache storage for user role access (rolesAccessLevelCache) was restricted to 30 minutes. It is now possible to configure this parameter. It can be used to decrease server load in cases of large amount of users with complex security settings.

N/A In the SPOR Master Lists section, all the values for the following RMS lists were not displayed:
  • Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System - Human.
  • Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities.

This issue is resolved. Now, mentioned above RMS lists display values correctly.

Rendering

Issue CHF/Hotfix Build Description
DE26170 5.0.1.1 SmartLinks in documents rendered by Documentum Content Transformation Services (CTS) were not present in the published output. This issue is resolved for Microsoft Office documents rendered by the CTS Doc6 plugin.
DE26166 N/A The links were not placed correctly when rendering the .xls spreadsheets:
  • changing paper size from Letter to A4 and orientation from Portrait to Landscape
  • using Fit to 1 page and wide by with null tall.

The issue with changing paper size and orientation is resolved. For the Fit to pages and wide by tall, we recommend to use any positive value except null.

4.4.1.11 When publishing multiple documents with different signatures, the signatures from one document were incorrectly applied to another document. This issue is resolved.

4.4.1.11 Publishing a Veeva document larger than 2GB failed. This issue is resolved.

4.4.1.11 The first character of a link was placed in a different link box in the PDF rendition when the Preserve Word Font Formatting option was not selected. This issue is resolved.

[INC0023819]

4.4.1.11 Adobe Acrobat displayed a warning message saying that the page may not be displayed correctly when viewing a published document containing links created using Linking plug-in (PDF). This issue is resolved.
