SMB Connector Service Hosting Requirements

Requirements for hosting service to process the files and their metadata from any shared file storage.

Load Balancing Stateless load balancing (from external load balancer) supported for High Availability.

For Storage Account (Ennov InSight Environment):

Whitelist Client Public IP to be able to connect to Storage Account

For Client VM with SMB connector:

  • SMB Port 445

  • HTTPS Port 9098 - Allow for Inbound
