Maintain eCTD Code Values

Ennov InSight administrators can modify or update eCTD codes and values in the Ennov InSight Data Administration interface.

To open the Data Administration interface for eCTD code maintenance, select Go To > Data Administration.

All of the categories of values that can be maintained and modified in Ennov InSight are listed in groups alphabetically. In the list, click the link for the type of values that you want to modify (for example, Application Type Values).

Add an eCTD Value

To add an eCTD value:

  1. Select Go To > Data Administration.
  2. In the list, click the name of the entity to which you want to add a value.
  3. Click .
  4. On the values page, enter the required and additional information.

  5. Save.

Modify an eCTD Value

To modify an eCTD code value:

  1. In the selected list of values, click the name of the value you want to modify.

    For some categories, you may also need to click to modify value data.

  2. Enter the required and additional information.
  3. Save.

— To deactivate a code or value, click Deactivate.

— To activate the code of value again, click Activate.
