DaaS Access
Access DaaS using the credentials provided by Ennov.
To allow user access to the database, user IP address is granted access in the database server. VPN is not required to access data. After the IPs are added to the database server,
Ennov will provide the SQL database and server information that includes:
- Server Name
- Database Name
- User ID (by default, it is daas_reader)
- Password
To reset a password, you should raise a ticket to Service Now.
