Dose Form Search

Use the Dose Form Search to associate Dose Form with an entity.

The Dose Form Search selection widget is available for the following entities:
  • Products
  • Components
  • Pharmaceutical Products
  • Manufactured Items
  • Full Product Presentations
  • Medicinal Products

Search By

The Search By section allows you to select criteria on the basis the dosage form search query is performed.

Option Description
Has EV Code Use this option to search for Dose Forms that have EV Codes.
Term ID Use this option to search for Dose Forms that have Term ID.
Type Term Use this option to search for Dose Forms based on the following Type Terms
  • Combination Package
  • Combined Pharma Dosage Form
  • Combined Term
  • Pharmaceutical Dose Form
If no Type Term is selected, the search results shows all the dosage forms available, including those that do not have the Type Term specified.
Dose Form Use this option to search by the text that is included in the Dose Form.

Search Results

You can select single or multiple dosage forms from the Search Results depending on the entity. You can filter search results and customize its columns.

Column Name Description
Dose Form Dose form text description. For example, Powder for dental solution.
EV Code EV Code number.
Type Term Type Term name.
Term ID Term ID.
Term Name Term Name text description.
