Administration Queries

All the query links related to actions with administrative privileges are defined on the Administration query tab.

For easy reference, the query descriptions are arranged alphabetically by query name.Note: You must have administrative privileges for Ennov InSight to access the Administration query tab.

Activity Audit Trail

The Activity Audit Trail query provides information regarding user activity. The query results show the date and time when users logged on and off of the system. The query also shows user executions of various Wizards, including Change Submittal Status Wizard, the Update Status Wizard, the Create Submission Wizard, and eSignature (if enabled in overrides).

Entity Audit Trail

The Entity Audit Trail query recounts the activities that have occurred for an Ennov InSight entity and product detail set details. The query results show when the entity was created, who created it, how and when it changed over time, and who performed each action included in the query results.

When you modify an IDMP related entity, the Version column in the Entity Audit Trial displays the value 1. Every time an entity is modified, the count of the Version field value increases by 1.

In the Entity Audit Trail query, there is no relation between the query's Action column and the PDS status or actions performed on PDS details. When you change a status in a detail's object, you always get a U row to signify a database record has been updated, including for a pending withdraw.

When selecting Task as the entity type in the Entity Audit Trail query, the Task Association column appears twice in the query with the first column showing as empty.

Job Requests

The Job Requests query provides information regarding tasks that are directly or indirectly associated with publishing. You can determine the status of each publishing job, and print or view an output log from a completed job list.
