The type of the content. Data Administration values assigned from Other > Attached Document Content Type. |

Attached Document Effective Date |
The attached document effective date. |

Attached Document Country |
The name of the country for which the attached document is created. |
| Full Indication Text | The medical condition that a medicine is used for. This can include the treatment, prevention and diagnosis of a disease. |

The language used for the information related to the regulatory submission. Data Administration values assigned from Other > Language Values. |

The license code of the application. |

Medicinal Product Name to which Attached Document is associated. |
