View Countries Associated with an Event

On the Event Attributes page, the Countries tab contains a list of all countries associated with the event when the event was created.

While viewing the Countries tab on the Event Attributes page, you can:

• Click the Create icon to associate additional countries with an event.
• Select one or more countries and click Lock to lock countries and their event-country status schedules.
• Select one or more countries and click Unlock to unlock countries and their event-country status schedules.
• Click Update Event-Country Status to update the event-country status for one or more countries that are not locked using the Update Event Country Status wizard.
• Click Calculate Projected Dates to calculate projected dates for one or more countries that are not locked using the Update Event country Status Projected Dates wizard.
• Click a country name hyperlink to view the event-country status schedule for a country.

To perform these activities, you must have a minimum of WRITE privileges for the Events entity and the event must not be closed.

Note: If the event-country status on the Countries tab is different from the event-country status on the Country Schedules tab, the status on the Country Schedules tab is the current value. If the two values are different, the status was changed twice in the same day. Do not change the status twice in the same day.
