Resolved Issues: Ennov InSight 7.3

The following issues reported to Technical Support have been resolved. Issues are listed in descending order by their tracking numbers. Customer incident numbers that were recorded when the issues were reported are included in brackets [#####] following the tracking number.

If an issue was resolved in a previously released sub- minor build, that build number is included.

DE30362	N/A	When performing the API Post request, it was not possible to add more than one reference active ingredient to the active ingredient of the manufactured item. This issue is resolved. Now, more than one reference active ingredient is successfully added using API.
DE30357	N/A	It was not possible to delete a product family with child entities such as product, component, manufactured item and the warning message was displayed. This issue is resolved. Now, you can delete a product family that has child entities.
DE29488	N/A	When Family Type was selected as a search criterion for the List of Application Countries with PDS Country and Registration Details query, the Invalid Reference error was displayed for the Application Country on the Search Results page. This issue is resolved. Now, the Application Country Attributes page is displayed for the selected Application Country .
DE29163	N/A	The About page showed the wrong year for Ennov InSight copyright information. This issue is resolved. Now, '© Calyx™ 2021.' is displayed.
DE29121	N/A	In the Clinical Trial Project, on the Events tab with an event selected, clicking Add Event Country failed to show an option to add an event country and instead the Event must be selected. message appeared. This issue is resolved. Now, the option to add an event country appears.
DE29048	N/A	For applications, created without a product and product family, the Send to Concerned Parties option included both the Application and Product Family values on the Application Attributes > Notifications > Mail Settings page. This issue is resolved. Now, if there is no dependency on the product or product family, this option displays the Application value only.
DE27756	N/A	When searching for a value in the substance search selection widget, two icons were not visible because the Displaying items text covered them. This issue is resolved by the implementation of the improved Substance Search selection widget.

DE28798	N/A	For an Assembly Plan added to the life cycle, using the Publishing Settings Edit option resulted in the Cannot get Sequence with given id [...] error. This issue is resolved. Now, the Edit Publishing Settings page is displayed.
DE28468	N/A	After a duplicate leaf was created in a supporting assembly, the attempt to delete the assembly resulted in a database error. This issue is resolved. Now, the supporting assembly is successfully deleted.
DE28449, [CS0592298, INC0115474, PRB0043774]	N/A	Opening the PDF Properties tab on a leaf from a Working assembly took longer than expected. took longer than expected. This issue is resolved. Now, the PDF Property attributes are displayed quickly.
DE27666	N/A	Trying to modify or delete comments from Publishing Settings Library resulted in an error. This issue is resolved. Now, you can modify or delete comments from Publishing Settings Library.
26825	6.2.0.8	EAEU: If the Drug Registration Document Code field had a value in a submission, the Drug Registration Document Name was not included in the index-r-022.xml file after publishing. The Drug Registration Document Name was also not saved in the leaf after an eCTD import. The issue is resolved. Now, both Drug Registration Document Name and Drug Registration Document Code are included in the index-r-022.xml file after publishing and in the leaf after an eCTD import.

DE29818	N/A	A pharmaceutical product could not be deleted if it was associated to a medicinal product. This issue is resolved. Now, a pharmaceutical product associated to a medicinal product is successfully deleted.
DE29762	N/A	After withdrawing an indication from a PDS, the withdrawn indication value was not available for selection in the PDS for the subsequent event. This issue is resolved. Now, this value is available in the Indication field on the Add Indication/Intended Use page in the PDS.
