2nd Attachment Language	MGR.ATTACHMENT_TYPE	LANGUAGE_TYPE_2_ID	NUMBER	To support XEVMPD requirements, new LANGUAGE_TYPE_2_ID column is added to provide additional language for Attached Documents. Populated from MGR.LANGUAGE_TYPE.
