Resolved Issues: Ennov InSight 7.3.4

The following issues that were reported to Technical Support have been resolved. Issues are listed in descending order by their tracking numbers. Customer incident numbers that were recorded when the issues were reported are included in brackets [#####] following the tracking number.

If an issue was resolved in a previously released sub-minor build, that build number is included.

Common

91234		When using Search > Applications > Go, applications a user does not have permission to are displayed. This issue is resolved. Now, only the applications that a user has permission to are displayed.
239794 [INC-2025-02-0029]		Detailed monitoring of the Ennov InSight 7.3.3 release identified an issue where memory was not released after prolonged usage. The issue is isolated to the Ennov InSight 7.3.3 release and does not impact performance or the user experience. The memory usage has been addressed providing greater system stability. No other code modifications have occurred.
DE32407		Security has been enhanced to default the document in connector to use SSL by default.
DE32295 [TASK1641649]		Trying to revert a modification made to a PDS Package Set node resulted in an error. This issue is resolved. Now, you can revert a modification made to a PDS Package Set node without any error.
DE32109		When using the Prepare to Publish > Prepare Cross Reference Leafs function on a leaf that was cross referenced to a leaf in another assembly resulted in the jobs failing with an error. This issue is resolved. Now, Prepare Cross Reference Leafs process completes without any error.
DE32075		Without the NOT DEFINED Country rights, trying to delete an application that had a submission in the lifecycle resulted in an error message. This issue is resolved. Now, you can delete an application with a submission in the lifecycle even without the NOT DEFINED Country rights.
DE32055; [TASK1344819]		The override to hide or rename failed for the Create Application label in the Wizards menu. This issue is resolved. Now, the Create Application label can be hidden or renamed using the override option.
DE32034		ZA region: Incorrect STF dtd version was selected on the Publishing Settings tab in the OOTB assembly template. This issue is resolved. Now, correct STF dtd version is selected on the Publishing Settings tab of the OOTB assembly template.
DE31893		When an assembly with nested node extensions was published, the corresponding XML elements were not correctly nested in the output index.xml file and that resulted in validation errors. This issue is resolved. Now, the index.xml file correctly includes the nested node extensions.
DE31886		If the Manufacturing Authorisation Reference Number, under Data Administration > Product Detail Set Maintenance > Manufacturer Values > Manufacturing Authorisation Reference Number, was updated through API, the Effective Date field was empty. This issue is resolved. Now, the Effective Date field contains the correct date.
DE31869		Power BI: ADF pipeline crashes if it was run while the data in a table was actively changing. This issue is resolved. Now, the ADF pipeline does not crash.
DE31765		When using the API with GET /medicinal-product/all endpoint resulted in an error. This issue is resolved. Now, no error is displayed when using the API with GET / medicinal-product/all endpoint.
DE31480		API request failed to update the following fields under Data Administration > Product Detail Set Maintenance > Manufacturer > Manufacturing Authorisation Reference Number: Effective Date Country Regulatory Agency This issue is resolved. Now, all the fields are updated when using the API.
DE31213		In case of many sequences (several hundred) having the same leaf with the operation "Replace", there were performance issues experienced when performing actions on the leaf on the last sequence. This issue is resolved. Now, no performance issue is experienced when performing actions on the leaf in the last sequence.
DE31195		The manufacturers created through API were not appearing in the List of Active Ingredient Function Manufacturers query results. This issue is resolved. Now, the manufacturers created through API appear in the List of Active Ingredient Function Manufacturers query results.

Publishing

DE32386		eCTD 4.0: When using the Create eCTD Wizard, if the SDK value was selected and then cleared on the Set Submission Metadata page, the error Invalid Reference was displayed on the page. This issue is resolved. Now, no error message is displayed when using the Create eCTD Wizard, if the SDK value is selected and then cleared on the Set Submission Metadata page.
DE32241 [INC0362790]		Ennov InSight removed non-latin characters from a folder name. Such folder names were taken from the metadata value. For example, Excipient. If the folder name was empty, the published output path contained double slashes. This issue is resolved. Now, if resulting folder name is empty, no double slash appears in the path.

DE31464; [INC0294620]		When creating a Pending Change under an Event that is created for a registration with package sets associated, the package sets are not available for selection. This issue is resolved. Now, package sets are available from same Product PDS association for the product added under the same application.

XEVMPD

This issue is resolved. Now, the XEVMPD Submission wizard takes value from PDS when appropriate flag is selected.
