Ennov InSight 7.3 System Support Document (SSD)

The Ennov InSight 7.3 System Support Document (SSD) specifies the minimum hardware and software prerequisites for installing and operating Ennov InSight 7.3.

The software specified must reside on the computer indicated, whether that be the Web client workstation, application server, database server, or publishing servers.

Unless otherwise stated, Ennov InSight is supported for all service packs for the versions of Microsoft, Documentum, and other third party applications on which the product was designed and tested.

If you experience an issue with the product and a service pack released after the release of the product is the cause of the issue, Technical Support will follow the standard support process through to resolution.

If the issue cannot be resolved, Technical Support will recommend uninstalling the service pack from the production environment.
