Note: This process is to be used for upgrading installations from Calyx RIM for Analytics 6.1 CHF 4 to
6.2 for Analytics 6.2 only. The system must already be setup with
Calyx RIM for Analytics 6.1 CHF 4. All provided reports and synonyms will be updated with this process. If any of these are customized, the customizations will need to be reapplied. Existing user created reports will be unaffected.

Stop the WebFOCUS Express 80 Application Server service on the
6.2 for Analytics Server.

Extract the contents of
WFConfig.zip. Copy the extracted
WebFOCUS_Express80 folder to
<install location> merging copied folder with the existing
WebFOCUS_Express80 folder.
This will overwrite several files used for branding and customization.

Start the WebFOCUS Express 80 Application Server service on the
6.2 for Analytics Server.

Unzip the
InSightForAnalytics-migration-6.1.0.4-to-6.2.0.0.zip from the install media and copy the contents to the
<install location>\WebFOCUS_Express80\WebFOCUS\cm\import directory.

Navigate to
.

Right-click the folder.

Select
Import option.

In the
Change Management import window, under
Content Resources, select
Update Existing Resources.

Under
Security Resources, select
Add/Replace option for the
Roles, Groups, Users, and
Import Rules On Resources.

Click
OK.

On the
Import Successful window, click
OK.

Right-click on the
Express node and select
Refresh.

Ensure that reports are visible.

Verify that the only folders that are not hidden under
Express are
Dashboard,
Guided ad hoc,
Reports, and
My Reports. Right-click on every folder and select
Hide from the pop-up menu for the folders not listed.
