Updated Submitted Available Flag - Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2

The following example provides information about the status of the Updated Submitted Available flag in sequences before and after migrating to Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2.

Consider an initial sequence P0000 created in a version prior to Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2. For this example, the initial sequence was created in Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 1.

  • P0000 is a submitted sequence in Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 1.
  • P0001 and P0002 are working assemblies created in parallel.
  • P0001 is added to the lifecycle.
  • The P0003 working assembly is created from submitted view containing P0001.
  • Sequence P0002 in a working assembly has information inherited from P0000, and P0003 in a working assembly has the latest information inherited from P0001.
After running the Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2 migration script, the status of the Updated Submitted Available flag can be noted.
  • P0002 Working Assembly will have the Updated Submitted Available flag set to Yes. This indicates that a new Submitted View version is available.
  • P0003 Working Assembly will have the Updated Submitted Available flag set to No. This indicates that this sequence has the latest information.
