Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 Data Migration

The Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 database migration provides the following updates.

Security Changes: Full Product Presentations

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has introduced an additional security setting named Full Product Presentations to control access to the Full Product Presentations list on the Calyx RIM Home Page and Search menu.

Registration Attachments

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has introduced the following enhancements to the Registration Attachment entity:
  • A new field named Active Flag with Active and Inactive values has been added. All Registration Attachment entities migrate with Active value.
  • New fields named Use Rendition and Rendition Identifier have been added. The Use Rendition field will be set to No value after the migration.

Product Detail Sets (PDS)

An additional text field named Specialty Number has been added to the Product Detail Set entity. After the migration, the value will be set to NULL.

PDS: Active Ingredient Details

Additional strength fields have been added to the PDS Active Ingredient Detail entities. Values from the Component Active Ingredient > Strength fields will be copied during the migration and added to the Component > Active Ingredient and PDS > Active Ingredient entities.

PDS: Substance Details

An additional field named Use as Active Ingredient for XEVMPD has been added to the PDS Substance Detail entities. All migrated Substance Detail entities will have No value selected in the Use as Active Ingredient for XEVMPD drop-down field.

PDS: Indication/Intended Use Details

An additional field named Countries has been added to the PDS Indication/Intended Use Detail entities. All migrated Indication/Intended Use Detail entities will have all Application Countries selected in the Countries field.

PDS: Indication Use Details

An additional field named Countries has been added to the PDS Indication Detail entities. All migrated Indication/Intended Use Detail entities will have all Application Countries selected in the Countries field.

Full Product Presentations

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has added the following read-only fields to the Full Product Presentation entity:
  • XEVMPD Marketing Authorisation Number
  • XEVMPD MAH/Organisation
  • MAH/Organisation

Registration FPP Attachments

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has added the following read-only fields to the Registration FPP Attachment entity:
  • XEVMPD Marketing Authorisation Number
  • XEVMPD MAH/Organisation
  • MAH/Organisation

All migrated Registration FPP Attachment entities will have these fields assigned with data from the parent Full Product Presentation entity.

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has introduced a new rule for the Registration Attachment entity and XEVMPD Acknowledgement wizard logic. The Validity Declaration field for the Registration FPP Attachment entity will be automatically updated from [Select] value to Previous Copy was sent (1) value. All migrated Registration FPP Attachment entities will have the Validity Declaration field with Previous Copy was sent (1) value selected by default if the Registration Attachment entity, connected to this Registration FPP Attachment, has an EV Code value added.

Message Tables

Calyx RIM 6.0 CHF 6 has introduced a new functionality that is aimed to identify the Entity Name by the EV Code once this value is inserted to the OPERATION_RESULT_DESCRIPTION column. This functionality is applicable, if the MSG_FILE_TYPE column has value 3 for both X_MSG_CONTENT and X_MSG_ERROR database tables.
