Region
If the 'ZA' region already exists in the Application Maintenance – Region Values section in Data Administration, it will be updated to have the internal code value ‘ZA’ in the database.
The country value ‘South Africa’ will be updated to belong to the ZA region.
Assembly DTD/Schema Type
If the 'za-2-1' Assembly DTD/Schema type already exists, but is not active in the Assembly - Assembly DTD/Schema Types section in Data Administration, it will be activated and updated to have the internal code value ‘ZA-2-1’. If it does not already exist, the 'za-2-1' Assembly DTD/Schema will be added.
Filing Type Values
- Pharmaceutical & Analytical (post-reg-pa)
- Pharmaceutical & Analytical (pre-reg-pa)
If they do not already exist, Filing Type Values will be added to the Sequence Maintenance – Filing type Values section in Data Administration. If they already exist, they will be updated with an eCTD Code for za-2-1 DTD/Schema.
