Pre-Migration Mandatory Scripts for Calyx RIM 5.0 to Calyx RIM 5.1

Duplicate Data Report

A few missing uniqueness constraints on the database will be added during the 5.1 migration. Run the duplicate report (find_duplicates.sql) as ISM prior to running the migration. Fix the duplicated values.

GCC 1.2 Manual InSight Data Administration Updates

To support GCC implementation by the database upgrade from InSight 5.0 GA to 5.1, you must perform the following procedure to update your InSight Data Administration configuration before executing the 5.1 migration.

If you have already performed these updates as part of InSight 5.0 CHF 4, you do not need to repeat these manual updates.

EU 2.0 Manual InSight Data Administration Updates (Part 1)

To support EU M1 v2.0 implementation by the database upgrade from InSight 5.0 GA to 5.1, you must perform the following procedure to update your InSight Data Administration configuration before executing the 5.1 migration. If you have already performed these updates as part of InSight 5.0 CHF 6, you do not need to repeat these manual updates.

Pre Migration Filing Type and Application Report

A pre-migration report has been provided named “rpt_pre_dtd_data.sql”. For instructions on running this report, see the InSight 5.1 Data Migration Document.

Shelf Life Data

The shelf life data on the package set detail must comply with the following business rules to be migrated to a shelf life detail in InSight 5.1.

  • The shelf life and shelf life unit fields must both contain values. Example – Shelf Life: 10, Shelf Life Unit: Week(s)
  • The shelf life, shelf life after first opening, and shelf life after reconstitution fields must contain an integer value

Each set of shelf life data is considered independently for migration.

  • The migration script will only migrate a pair if both the value and the unit type are filled in.
  • Shelf life attributes on the package set detail that cannot be migrated to the new shelf life details will be migrated to the package set comments field.

Prior to migrating to InSight 5.1, run the rpt_unmigratable_shelf_life.sql script to identify the shelf life data on the package set detail that will NOT be migrated to the new shelf life details. For instructions on running this script, see the InSight 5.1 Data Migration Document.
