Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 3 Application Server Installation Prerequisites For Calyx RIM Upgrades Only

For the Calyx RIM Application Server, upgrading to Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 3 is only supported from Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2

Before performing any upgrade procedures, do the following:

• Back up your existing Calyx RIM Database.
• Ensure that all users are logged off from the Calyx RIM system and the Calyx RIM Manager Service is stopped, as instructed in this script.
• If a customized XML metadata configuration exists in your current installation of Calyx RIM, specific changes to this configuration must be made by Client Enablement when migrating to 6.2 CHF 3. This applies to all licenses and modules, and all configuration XML files (meta.overrides.xml, property_mappings.xml). Please contact your Technical Support Representative to arrange these upgrade modifications.
