Enable SSL for Calyx RIM Rendering Services Server 4.4

Note: This step is only for Calyx RIM Rendering Services Server 4.4, which works with Calyx RIM Application Server with Enabled SSL.

Ensure that the Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 3 SSL Application Server certificate is installed for the service account running Calyx RIM on every Calyx RIM Rendering server where the IRS is installed.
