Before Installing Calyx RIM for Analytics

Before installing Calyx RIM for Analytics, confirm the following for the installation service account:

  • The account has full read/write permissions on server (i.e. in Administrator group)
  • The account is a Windows domain user account with local administrative privileges
  • The account is the same one used to install all prerequisite software for the server

This account will be referred to as local administrator.
