To move different element types in different folders:

Hold the Ctrl key down and click on different non-contiguous elements one at a time.

While still holding down Ctrl, click one of the selected elements and drag it onto a folder.
When you let go of the mouse and Ctrl key the dragged elements will become children of the folder.
