TOC Entries that Target Document Bookmarks (Extracts)

For a TOC entry targeting an extracted document bookmark, the right column text is calculated for the targeted page of the including document. The link destination of the link under right column TOC entry text, is the document page.

PageMarker attached special sheets will not be targeted by these TOC entries.
