You can search an Open Text Content Server repository using search criteria like document information with complete words and appropriate wildcard characters.
To search for a document in OpenText Content Server:

In the assembly tree, right-click the root, folder or leaf where you want to assign a document.

Choose
Assign Document.
The browse repository dialog box opens.

Click
Search
.

Select
OpenText Content Server
from the
DMS Repository
list.

If you are prompted to log on, enter your username and password and click
Login.
The
OpenText Content Server repository appears.

Enter search criteria and locate the document.
- You cannot search for folder names in OpenText Content Server. Only document information is searched.
- OpenText Content Server does not support partial word searches. However, you can use an appropriate wildcard character with a complete word, for example: filename% (but not filenam%).

OK.
