Modify a Full Product Presentation

You can modify a previously created Full Product Presentation. At least WRITE privileges for Product Detail Management (PDM) and Registration Planning and Tracking (RPT) licenses, and Full Product Presentetion Entity Security are required to modify the Full Product Presentation entity.

When modifying the Full Product Presentation information:
  • If Full Product Presentation required properties are not populated with valid data, a message appears and the entity is not modified.
  • The Last Updated Date will appear after all changes are made.
  • XEVMPD License Code and XEVMPD MAH/Organisation values are populated only if the XEVMPD Submission Wizard passes. The automatically assigned values are not available for further modifications or from the Create Full Product Presentation page.
  • The Message Sender field is read-only and is automatically updated with data when the XEVMPD Submission Wizard passes. The automatically assigned values are not available for further modifications or from the Create Full Product Presentation page.
To modify the Full Product Presentation:
  1. Go to Full Product Presentation, or in the Navigation Pane select Full Product Presentations.
  2. Select the Full Product Presentation entity you want to modify.
  3. Click Modify .
  4. On the Modify Full Product Presentation page, modify the attributes. Save. To cancel your changes, click Cancel.
    The Full Product Presentation View displays the updates.
